Ok...
So I will start by saying that we are not following the Keto diet. But my husband is diabetic and so I was looking for low carb recipes that we could all enjoy as a family. I also follow a low sodium diet for medical reasons.The book is short but it was also free so I can't really complain too much about that. I did, however, notice several typos which always irks me. The typos were occasionaly in the nutritional information. For example, the cauliflower hummus with harissa cracker was listed as having 0mg of sodium. However, the hummus and cracker recipes *each* called for 1/2 teaspoon of salt. If you do buy this, I would definitely double check the nutritional values listed. For that reason and the fact that maybe only a quarter of the recipes appealed to me, I gave it a 2 star rating.

The book is very well organized, includes excellent charts that simplify the information and can be used as a reference. There is no just ONE way to do Keto and he/she makes sure you know it, listen to your body so you can choose the approach that better suits you. It's interesting to perceive her personality through words. he/she's great!

The book is productive, consolidates heavenly graphs that improve the information and can be used as a sort of point of view. There is no just a single way to deal with do Keto and creator guarantees you know it, check out your body so you can pick the approach that better suits you. It's interesting to see her personality through words. These areas could be better sorted out. Incredible instances of patients, relatives, and companions are given. This book is awesome. I slanted such tremendous quantities of effective things from this book. cool recipes
I think this book is just a wonderful example of a good keto cookbook. It's full packed with keto recipes - breakfasts, lunches, dinners - you can find a recipe for any meal you want. Personally, I loved broccoli muffins and sesame salmon - just a perfect weekend treat.Then, all recipes come with detailed directions and nutritional info, so you can count and plan your meals in advance taking into account your macrosAnd the ingredients here are pretty common for any keto knight, I havent had a a problem with any of them so far.So all in all, it's really a keeper in my keto library

This is a great learning book on Keto Diet! If you want to do keto diet then get this book. This book is great for beginners! We have tried many recipes and that. The book is beautifully presented. I would must recommended for this book. Extremely thorough guide to the Keto Diet for Beginners. I wish it had more examples though! Really loved reading this book.

I have tried lots of cookbooks its one of the best. This book step by step guide very helpful for me makes keto diet recipes. Absolutely amazing guidebook for weight loss. It is a very resourceful book for an easy diet plan. I have tried this book its give me a better result. It is a perfect book for me. I am completely satisfied with this book. Thanks to the author
