Overall great shower and stylish fittings
Overall really nice shower experience and everyone that has used it loves it.Lovely rain shower head. I wasn't keen on this and really thought I'd use the award winning handheld more to get a custom flow and not always wet my hair, but have to say we all almost exclusively use the large head and it's lovely! I work in a lot of 5 star hotels and this is on a par with the best spa showers which was why I spent more. Visitors staying have all commented on how great the shower is, and even had one person say that it's the best shower they've ever been in.Minor gripe for me is that there is a release of water from big head about 5 mins after shower switches off but understand that's standard from engineer. Also, big head comes on as standard when you turn button on from outside. Not a big issue as I can still put my arm into a warm shower and change to handheld shower head if I don't want to wet my hair, but that's because of us positioning button inside on a side wall, so worth considering position when installing if this rings true for you. Not sure if the shower is programmable otherwise to change default shower head as still haven't checked. Finally, we do find that if you have a long shower (my daughter takes hours in there), it empties the hot water tank and we have to have a 15 min gap to allow water heat up before the next showerer, but we haven't got a massive tank (think it's 200l) and that's par for the course with most systems like this I assume. As a rough guide, for my husband having a 5 min shower, I can still go in after him and wash and condition long hair, quickly shave legs and stay in a hot shower. I'll feel it start to cool slightly as I'm about to switch off.We had a power shower previously, but didn't seem to have the same issue so we must be enjoying the shower too much or it's using a lot more water for the large head, I imagine. Maybe a bit too much info, but worth understanding the pro's and cons for a fairly large purchase. The button outside the shower doesn't light up as saw someone was asking that question. The chunkier one inside the shower lights both icons for overhead or handheld shower choice and you can press this to move between the two heads or switch off too.My friend has an Aqualisa version that does have a light up button, but to me the fixtures look a bit cheap and nasty compared to this one.

Where is the quality control?
Missing parts and damaged internal packing suggests it had be returned once already. Now 14 day wait for refund - not good!

Mira Showers are usually worth the premium, this seams to live up to expectations so far
It looks good, but pricey. not fitted yet so the review may change.
