FHE Group Microsuede Folding Storage Ottoman, 15 by 15 by 15 Inches, Black

Loved this when I first got it, loved that it stored all our shoes at the front door, loved that we could sit on it, loved the color and the material. After only a month however, the top corners ripped. Now the inner cardboard like material is broken and the whole edge is the front is hanging off with the staples and nails sticking out. This is with minimal light use, I would still recommend this product just be gentle, perhaps we open and close the box too frequently or it is just not very sturdy and more mean for occasional use rather than daily use.Update 9/25/16: I contacted Amazon 3x about this product, they said they would e-mail the manufacturer and company. Amazon really fell short here! All three represenetives never e-mailed the company, but told me they did! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then I wrote several times to the company who didn't respond to my repeated e-mails and calls. Last night the metal staple sticking out of the top cut my five year olds hand, now I will be throwing the whole thing away, waste of money

Wife and I just bought a 5th wheel, and were looking for some type of ottoman to throw our feet up on, but it had to be small since when you put the slide in for travel, there isn't a ton of room for extra furniture. This seemed to fit the bill perfectly when I found it online, and once we got it, it is absolutely perfect for our application.When we travel, it breaks down flat (about 4-5" thick) where we can put it in a drawer, or on its side in a cupboard. Then once at our destination we can break it out for comfort and it has the added bonus of storage, for throwing a blanket inside so when not in use, it too is out of the way.Overall this is perfect for what we need, so much so, that I just ordered a second one. Build quality seems decent, and it claims being able to hold up to 200lbs, but I'm not trying to test that. It will however, be nice for when our nephews and nieces go camping with us, as its an extra seat for them (still small children) while the adults can sit in the more comfy chairs.

Pleasantly surprised with these..go together incredibly easily and look quite nice. Am using one as footstool and it's sturdy and comfortable. Using the other in guest bedroom with tray on top as an end table.

This is adorable. I needed something to sit on in my bathroom so that I could put on my socks and shoes. A chair would've looked odd, but this fits perfectly between the sink top and the bathtub. Plus, it's great for keeping extra toilet paper rolls out of sight. 😀

So happy I got this. It serves as a storage, a bench, and a mini levatation device. I bought this to store my linen in and it's so spacious! Currently I have both linen and bath towels in there and there's still room for more. I like that it doesn't feel cheap and feeble. My boyfriend took a look at it and wants to get one too. The top is very sturdy when I tried standing on it like in the video and it's also comfy to sit on.

I purchased 2 of these in black faux leather as replacement for a small cocktail table, and added storage space. I am pleased with the overall purchase. The ottomans were very easy to assemble, (took only seconds). Good size to accommodate toys, or excess paperwork. It will hold a child's weight, but I would not trust an adult to sit on these. I deducted one star because one of the lids arrived slightly bent.

I'm very happy with this purchase. What I most like is the multi functional use of this ottoman. First, it matched my corner kitchen nook perfectly and adds another place to sit!!!It's a nice neutral shade, beige tweedy linen with metal corner protectors and black legs. The interior storage is lined in black cloth and is roomy enough for my place mats, table cloths, dish towels, pot holders and other holiday table decor, just what I needed for my small kitchen. Now all these items are stored in one place with easy access!Seat cushion is comfy to sit on or use as a foot rest in a living area and easily flips over to reveal oak wood grain for use as a coffee table.Dislikes? None at the moment. It arrived on time, packaged well enough, with no damage.I have put it to use, so I'll see how it holds up to endurance over time, but it does seem sturdy!

I just love this little stool. It is rock solid and I can use it to put my feet on, sit on, or stand on to change light bulbs. The bottom has a diagonal zipper on it (from the inside) that you zip up when you set it up, then unzip to put it away. There's another solid piece that fits inside the lid for storage, that goes over the fabric bottom to add support when set up. The top is nice and cushy.Note: This does NOT come with the white stitching as shown. It is black with black stitching around the outside top of the lid and down the sides, but there is no decorative white on it.

It is sturdy and work perfect to hold my daughter's toys that are in our living room, however I was not please to recieve one with black stitching instead of the contrast stitching. My couches have contrast stitches and it would have matched perfectly but it seems very dark in comparison to my furniture set. The ottoman itself is great, and comfy to sit on and my daughter can easily get into it to play with her toys. If I'd recieved the correct colors like the picture I'd have given 5 stars but things not matching doesn't sit well with me.

I ordered two ottoman, they came fairly fast. I was very happy about them, they were just like in the picture, except smaller than I expected but that's on me. I was scared to sit on it at first, not that I am big just skeptical, and it turns out to be really solid. I was pleasantly surprised. It was solid enough for me to fill with old school work I didn't want to get rid off but didn't want to be taking over space. Since, I've been using it to put my feet on, or put my computer on when plugged to the TV, put my food on when wanting to eat while watching tv, I also sit on it when putting on my shoes to go out. It is a purchase I do not regret, cute, useful and solid. I am very content.

Exceeded my expectations for the price and the fact its collapsible. Only 2 drawbacks, the ottoman pictured is not the one I got, it does not have the white accent stitching in a cross pattern (not a huge deal) and when opened the ottoman definitely smells like faux leather (again not a huge deal as I'm not doing this often outside of getting blankets). Would definitely recommend!

I'd just wanted something to keep my Yorkie away from the wall cables. These look fresh. They feel like leather. No odour. Easy to put together with a zipper on the bottom, and an insert to keep them square. They are 15" cubes. I am ordering two more to stack to make a side table for the sofa. They are beautiful and I'm very happy.

Great piece to add to my livingroom collection easy to assemble it came very fast it looks just like what's on the box my children enjoy storing there video consul contents inside it very handy to use as a storage. My only issue is that the lid on the storage if you don't put it on properly it tears very easily the corners are very delicate so be careful positioning the lid on to the bottom.

I was very pleasantly surprised to see the high quality of this folding ottoman. It was simple to put together, and is definitely strong enough to be sat on as a bench. I chose deep purple because it matches the colours in the bedroom. We put it at the end of the bed and use it as a blanket box, but it can also be used as a entryway bench. I definitely recommend this storage piece.

I purchased this to use as a bench by my front door as I wanted something practical, attractive and affordable. It was a perfect choice for my needs as it's not too big or bulky but yet it's high enough for people to sit on to take off and put on their shoes. It's sturdy and can easily handle someone's weight while they sit on it. There is a big storage space inside which we put all our hats, gloves and scarves in to stay organized, and the micro-suede material on the outside is excellent quality.

I am very impressed with the quality of this ottoman! It is exactly what I was looking for and the great price was an absolute bonus! I wasn't sure about using it as extra seating due to the suggested weight limit but it feels super sturdy and definitely capable of holding extra weight. I would definitely recommend this product. For the price, it is definitely worth a shot compared to similar ottomans that are 4X the price!

I bought this to use in front of my sofa. Our coffee table is too far away from the sofa as our living room is kind of divided. So I put a 10x10 inch piece of glass on top of the storage box for glasses or coffee mug. I'm happy with the purchase.

I ordered 3 of these ottomans a couple of weeks ago. The first one arrived a few days later as described on the item page. The ottoman is well built and sturdy. I'm about 165 pounds and can sit on the ottoman without any problem of fear of it collapsing. My only complaint is that the other two ottomans from my order arrived a week after the first one and they were not not the same as the first one I received. Actually, the colour and built were pretty much the same but there was no white stitching running across the lid and down the sides as shown in the picture of the this item. That was somewhat disappointing since it doesn't match the first ottoman that was delivered to me. Otherwise, it's a good product.

I bought this to serve as a step up for my senior dog to a very high king bed. I have looked for months to find just the right height and this is it. As well, I an store bedding in ottoman. It is very well made and looks beautiful.

I am very pleased with this folding storage ottoman. It is very compact and easy to put together and it accommodates blankets and pillows nicely. We have put it at the foot of a single bed and use it for sitting. It is secure and strong enough for 2 average sized people to sit on. The microsuede cover gives it a neat and smart look. I am considering purchasing another for extra storage in my room. This was a good buy! 😃

Perfect colour match for my sofa and very sturdy with lots of storage space. Excellent as I’m trying to declutter my living room!

My mother loves this thing. She recently had surgery on her foot, and she uses this every day to keep her feet elevated and store the supplies she needs to get through the day.Looks great, has great utility storage.
