We had an issue with the temperature probe a month or 2 after we purchased it. I contacted customer service and the replace the broken probe at no charge. We were very impressed with ther customer service.

I bought this to manage symptoms for my dog who has CHF. This machine helps you track their oxygen saturation in the blood, heart rate, and it comes with an additional probe for taking their temperature which comes pretty handy. Machine interface is bight, bright, and easy to read if you are like me and cannot read small letters. Comes with two probes; either small or big dog, and it also has a settings to pick from large, medium, small size dogs. It also has mute capabilities if you don't want to hear the sounds. Comes with Lithium battery, a small brochure with instructions and small CD. I applaud this company because they have excellent customer service you can rely on.
