What got my attention after reading the preview was that alot of the information applided to my fishing area. I am a frequent flyer to the party boat fishing the RACE near Connecticut. I mostly fish for Blues and Stripers, sometimes Yellow Fin Tuna. The contents both reinforces my present fishing techniques and gave me new ideas. A must read to truly understanding the use of these lures.Good fishing!

Nothing beats experience, but the knowledge I gained from this book has given me the confidence to try out some new lures and techniques. Good diagrams and clear explanations meant I highlighted a lot of very useful information.

I fish the west cost not the east cost, but fish are fish. I like the info. can ajust, tweek info. to what works in my area. I would have liked seen more info on west cost fish.all in all I think it's a fairly good read, happy I got it.

I love fishing diamond jigs, mostly for sea bass in Ocean City and for amberjacks in North Carolina. Some good descriptions in here have helped me refine my techniques. Particularly helpful was the the 10 reel cranks up method. This is a helpful general rule.

I highly recommend this book packed with simple to implement ideas for using a few lures effectively. It helps cut through the confusion presented by the overwhelming numbers of lures hanging on the walls of any tackle shop...

A great book on jigging fish. Really showed me the value of owning the proper gear to get into the art of jigging. Good stuff.

Very informative and the way the information is split up according to the type of fishing you are doing makes this book a handy reference tool.

This book is very applicable for fishing in Connecticut. I enjoyed reading it and feel that is a good reference book for a salt water fisherman.
