Package opened and parts missing
Ordered this because I needed it right away for a cross country move. Box arrived and appeared heavily taped. Opened package to hook up my new trailer at the dealer the day before my move and found the stabilizer chains were missing with the D rings. I could not even bring my trailer home to start loading it that night. Had to have a friend bring it home for me. The next day I had to waste time going to a RV supply to buy the chains before I could even hit the road. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!
