Real Relax Superior Massage Chair Recliner with Pad, Yoga Stretch, 3D Robots Hands Rollers, Black

Looked at 20 or so chairs on amazon and elsewhere. over several months. Landed on this. $4k discounted to $3k. Generally happy, yet they have quirks to work out. Quick notes:+++ Setup Easy - Well built, good looking. Came in one piece. We put on ground floor. No expert 'assembly' needed. If you need help getting upstairs, validate if 'expert assembly' included that - as these chairs are all very heavy. One no big deal for us was delivery was a week or so late and wrong tracking ID, yet customer support was responsive. Pretty easy to unpack. 1 of 4 prongs holding tablet were broken, yet again no big deal.+++ Massage Quality Good- Easy to use remote app. Can adjust varying zero gravity deep levels, roller and airbag intensity easily and can sit/sleep in comfortably. Heat on hands, lower back, feet nice touch. Feet rollers are OK, light, yet you can adjust leg extension to get a bit more from it. Auto programs good. 1 has a mild Thai stretch mode. Since you can adjust intensity in all modes, you can get what you need most likely. We've had 4-5 people of varying size use it noting good stuff. We use the manual programs just as much as you can do spot massage which is great! Knead is solid, varying pummel, tap, etc. options good too. 3D roller is a very nice touch. Neck massage and upper thigh on manual is good, yet not on auto. Shoulder airbag OK. Lower body, arm/hands and leg/feet airbags very good. Programs set to 15 minutes, yet easy to extend more without resetting. Most chairs recommend not going much longer to extend life of parts. Airbag compressor not quiet, yet we hear that is par for the course. When looking for roller only, its whisper quiet. LED lights can turn on and off which is good.Two Issues:--- 2, not 4 roller - Chair is 2 3D rollers, not 4. We expected 4 based on multiple photos in advertisement. That was disappointing. Upon 2 requests, they took down all but 1 photo showing 4 rollers so others are not led astray. They later politely noted all Real Relax chairs are 2 rollers.--- Buggy Tech - Tablet cool, yet buggy. False note on having Google Play. It has chinese only version which doesn't work. Was hoping to add music/video apps via Google Play as advertised. Turns out, bootleg Chinese version that doesn't work. Using some tech skill, able to put a couple on. You can reset tablet to attempt to remove, setup google play, etc. if you have it in you. Not successful at Bluetooth pairing yet.They offered $100 refund. Not sure how feel about that as not sure that addresses the 4 v 2 roller advertising gap. If they fix the tech bugs and had 4 rollers, we'd buy again. The reviews everywhere were helpful to us. Hope this helps you.

Piece of junk!We bought this chair and used less than 5 times!Started smelling burnt wire and we saw sparks from the underneath the chair. Quickly pulled the plug and saved us from a major fire hazard! Called the customer service. They have offered a $100 gift certificate and a new motherboard. We did not accept that offer and asked them to replace the unit. No response from them again despite several attempts to reach them.

This chair, after a month of experimentation (with no instruction manual included) with the auto and manual modes, has proven to be quite comfortable.Here are a couple tips or hacks to improve your enjoyment of this chair:1. Get a small, thin pillow and put it where your back rests in the chair (see my pics). I found the rollers to be too aggressive, even on the lowest back intensity setting. This has, at least for me, helped with the rollers digging into my back.2. Hold your finger on the back intensity setting, don't just tap, if you'd like the intensity to go lower than halfway (halfway to minimum).3. Adjust the roller positions manually. I was not comfortable with the chair's auto settings, especially with the leg roller settings. I always extend the leg position out further by another second or two to make the feet rollers more comfortable.4. Put the chair back down as low as it will go. This will help "cradle" you and enhance the experience.5. The apps on the chair are useless, designed for people in China. The only app I could halfway figure out was "lightning". So, I logged into YouTube and put on a 6-hour loop of relaxing spa music to go along with the massage. Note: you must start your massage before you play with the apps. The chair massage doesn't stop unless you hit the power button, but you stop whatever you're doing on the the lightning app if you minimize the screen.I really enjoy this chair now after these tips, and I hope it can help you too.Second note: this chair is quite large. It's about 4' X 6' (feet high by feet long, at full extension) and weighs over 250 lbs. You'll definitely need help putting it your desired space, but it comes fully assembled.
