Dirty Words of Wisdom: A Treasury of Classic ?*#@! Quotations Kindle Edition

I'm disappointed with the content. I was hoping for snarky and dirty quotes to use in my cross stitching, but most of the quotes are tame and boring. Its also very short. Not worth the money.

Okay, when I saw this title I couldn't resist it. And I enjoyed reading it. But I would have been very disapointed had I paid full-price for it (I bought it used). It's a very short book, one of those with one quote per page (or two pages) that is about less than a hundred pages long. The intro was great, about half the sayings, yes, had swear words, but were also relevent and enjoyable, usually using profanity sparingly. The other half of the sayings were just obscene. If you see it at a used bookstore/library, go for it, but personally I wouldn't spend the full price.

Essentially a complete waste of time, not very well put together - it looks as if it took someone about half a day trawling the internet for a few 'funny' quote. Unless you are buying this as a present for someone who likes this kind of anthology, don't bother. There are lots of much funnier and better edited books like this on the market.

Thought it was cross stitch patterns. My bad.
