Food for my parrots.

I have a black headed caique and an eclectus both of which are 2 different sizes and it’s perfect for them. There was no pellet dust in the bag and I include fresh berries and veggies for them as well. My parrots love this food and the value is great! It was fresh and the brand can be trusted.

My goffin was raised on this feed. He whips everything else outside his cage. Just switched our Macaws to it. One is very picky and I was unsure how that would go. But he happily started eating it! I wanted to get away from colored foods and know this is a more nutritional feed for them.

This came highly recommended by several avian vets. It's a great product. I give this to all my flock from Green Cheek Conures up to African Greys and Eclectus. They all seem to like it. BUT, the only reason I knocked one star off is that all the birds seem to be very picky about eating only the larger chunks of pellets, while ignoring the smaller chunks. I cannot figure out why that is. Otherwise, the scent, and freshness are great.

My parrot Jewel is a picky parrot but she loves Mazuri Bird food. She usually drops her food in the water dish which is her way of saying she isn’t quite satisfied. I’m happy to say she is enjoying her combination of parrot food including peanuts in the shell - a personal favorite. Love her new diet!

This is the product description...Nutritionally complete bird food - Requires no mixing or supplementationBetter than pellets - less fines and increased digestibility.....Extremely misleading...says "better than pellets" and its nothing but pellets!!! Nasty yellow dust and smells rancid...My Grey won't touch it!!!

I've used many different pellet parrot foods but I and my birds like this the best. They seem to be eating more since I am sweeping up less food.
