clean without erythritol and tastes good
Tried it after researching so many similar products on the market and I am glad I found this one. As a person who likes to have my coffee sweet, this helped me stay away from sugar. There is no weird aftertaste at all and just half of the tiny scoop that comes in the packet gives good amount of sweetness. Will highly recommend getting this one if you are looking for monk fruit sweetener without erythritol.

Excellent taste, no reactions.
Very good monkfruit sweetener! A very little goes a long way. Just one tiny 1/4 scoop (comes with the bag), is needed in my tea or coffee. I love pure monkfruit because it doesn’t cause gas (like when it’s blended with allulose or erythritol) nor does it increase my appetite like aspartame does. Monkfruit doesn’t cross the blood-Brain barrier and is a more natural ingredient. The only thing I wish, is that this don’t come in a bag. I would appreciate a canister but the bag is fine if it keeps costs down. It’s sticky so I’m hesitant to keep it in a sugar bowl. I might transfer it to a little mason jar though. Anyway, this is a very good sweetener!

Fantasic Sugar Replacement
Diabetic, so I've long been trying to cut back on sugar in my coffee. It's been a struggle, but I'm finally down to almost or completely sugar free coffee. Thing is, I enjoy that bit of sweetness, it takes the edge off and can make lesser coffee much more tolerable. I've tried and hated most artificial sweeteners in the past, but in yet another effort to replace it, I decided to try monkfruit. However, everything I found said it generally contains erythritol, which isn't as natural or 'in the raw' as I'd like for something I'm using daily. Thus began my journey of searching out an erythritol free monkfruit sweetener that wouldn't steal my wallet. This is the culmination of that search, and whats more, though it used to not be USDA approved, per reviews, it is now! There is a definite flavor to the sweetener, but no worse than any other sugar alternative I've used. The powder itself is very fine, be careful when first opening and locating the measuring spoon that's inside, you will get slammed if you breath in the dust that WILL puff out. It's crazy sweet. I use a bit less than half of the measuring spoon in an 8-10 oz cup of coffee. Typically at that amount, I barely notice any flavor, just the sweetness, and it's the equivalent of about 1/2-1 tsp of sugar. I believe the bag says one tsp sugar is same as 1/8 tsp of monkfruit (which is what the included spoon is) but I'd say half is closer. Cost is obviously way higher than a bag of sugar so it may be scaring you a bit, but remember at this potency, you're getting hundreds of cups of coffee out of one bag. I've had this for a few months now at least, and I still have an 8 oz ball jar (volume, not weight) of this waiting, and another oz maybe in the other jar. Granted I don't always use it or might not make coffee every night, but I'd say an average of half a spoonful 5 nights a week is about right. The cost will balance itself, I promise you. I don't know how this serves as a replacement in baking or cooking, I have not used it outside of coffee/drinks. As I understand it should work, but with the difference in dry ingredient volume I believe you need to account for that in the amount of liquid added.

Definitely sweet
It only takes a small amount to sweeten whatever your putting this product into. It doesn't dissolve easily. I use it in my cup of hot tea. When adding it in after the water is poured it takes some manipulating to get it to fully dissolve. I've taken to adding it in before I add the hot water and it is fully dissolved after letting my tea steep which works much better. It does have it's own unique flavor that comes thru the flavor of my tea bags and my flavored creamers. I'm not crazy about that slight aftertaste, but I don't hate it either. It's 100% monkfriut and no other sweeteners mixed in. That's hard to find in the stores.

Worst of three different brands
I've tried three different brands of organic monk fruit extract powder (in addition to two liquid by NOW and Lakanto, and another mixed with allulose by Lakanto). This is, by far, the worst. The NOW extract powder is more expensive but tastes much better than anything else, and it uses very little to achieve a high sweetness level, with little to no aftertaste. WHYZ extract powder is less expensive, but a larger amount is needed to the achieve the same sweetness, and it has a bit of an aftertaste (that I actually never minded and kind of like now). I first tried this PURISURE the same way as I always do, by just rubbing a finger on the inside of the package and tasting it. Hard to taste anything at all, no sweetness, no flavor. I then tried using the same amount of extract powder as I have with WHYZ, but mixed in a drink there is just almost no indication it's in there. No sweetness, no aftertaste, nothing. Not sure what I'll be doing with this, as mixing it with the others I have will just dilute their better taste and sweetness. Disappointed.

No Erythritol
I am grateful to have lived as long as I have. Along the way I've learned my compulsive sugar / sweet seeking is very dangerous to my health. For years I sought a safe alternative, but all the sugar free sweeteners always had a questionable component like aspartame etc. I was always dissatisfied with using such artificial sweeteners. Then I found this Purisure Monk Fruit extract. Now, I'm not a chemist, but over years of use I've come to trust this brand is honest when it shows "no artificial sweeteners." I drink this daily in my tea, and I LOVE it. I've found it to be the perfect sweet for this pre-diabetic old man that I am. My only complaint is: cost - it is very expensive. Worth it though.

As sweet as the fake sugars, but has great health benefits.
When I looked up monk fruit I was surprised at the benefits, and for those using the fake packets of sugar this is great, I don't actually like like sweet stuff, and I will say this is sweet just like those packets of fake sugar, how ever the health benefits of switching off of the fake sugars are tremendous. First you need VERY little to sweeten thing, second there are no calories if that is a concern, and 3 it does NOT raise blood sugar and has no nasty after taste.
