DANGER
This product is dangerous. Only had it out on the mix for 2 mind and now have a broken thumb. Would not even try this on a window for fear the window will break. I tried removing the cleaner from its plactic holder when it suddenly snapped shut with my thumb in it. Not only that it was so strong I could not remove my thumb without assistance. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

It is quite dangerous as there were no instructions on how to open it
I have just opened this. I read the directions? It said no about being careful to not to separate the magnets. Well I did and they just snapped together nearly taking my finger off ! I think that there should be a warning on this before it is opened. I cannot use it as it is stuck together. I don't know if it's any good as I never got to use it

Pleased with product
It does what it says , not perfect as it leaves strikes. I am sure with a little practice this will be resolved .I have only used on the upstairs windows .A window cleaner quoted me £20 to clean my upstairs windows , this can be used loads of times , so will safe me money too

Great little gadget
Very strong magnet so be careful, 1st few times you'll use it you will have streaks, however, after a few attempts it's a great little gadget. I personally love it. Use it for all my upstairs windows. Only negative is the instructions could be better. Remeber: A) Careful of the magnet, B) Practice makes perfect.

Waste of money
I took my time reviewing this product and thought it looked good, it wasn't the cheapest one. Well I must say what a waste of money it was. it kept falling off the window. I gave up in the end. I did email the company to tell them what rubbish it was but never heard back from them. So have since binned it now.

Arrived on time - the cleaning surface is a triangle with 7cm sides! Do not expect to rush through cleaning your windows. The magnet is very strong so be careful when placing it on the outside of your window.
