YoLuke Wireless Bullet IP Camera 2MP Security Surveillance Camera with IR LED Night Vision/Motion Detection/Support Two-Way Audio Built-in 128Gb SD Card Slot

Upon receiving the 2 cameras I've bought, I opened the first one and attempted to install an SD card for recording. I found no slot to insert one! Reading the User's Manual and there was no mention about where the SD card slot was, it was referencing to a different model. Reading the Q/A section and they said to install the SD card, one must remove the lens cover. I then removed the lens cover and again found NO SD card slot. I then wrote to customer support and they sent me a photo to unscrew all the 4 hex screws to take the camera apart to get to the SD card slot. I then attempted to use the hex wrench that came in the box to remove the screws but 1 of them was damaged (cheap stuff) so the wrench did not work! Without being able to insert and SD card, the camera was pretty useless! I'm sending both of them back, too much time has been wasted. Too difficult to achieve a simple thing as inserting an SD card! Why would the users have to disassemble the camera to insert the SD card????

I feel safer when I am outside my house after I installed this camera. It is very easy to install. The video quality is very good. I did not have to deal with connection with many cables after connecting it with WiFi. I use the mobile app to look through the camera from any place I am.

For the price of this camera the quality and performance are for more than I would have expected. I am very please with this camera. I will buy more in the future. However I am not sure a speaker and mic can be connected to the camera?Thank you.

This is not a plug n play item. Instructions are not used friendly. I had to figure out how all of the wiring hooked together. The ipcam downloadable app is of no use until the product is fully functional (which I never obtained) because I realized that it needs additional expensive equipment to not only begin a successful setup but also to complete it I will be returning this product.

These cameras are great for live viewing, but to try and go back and look at recorded video is a headache at best. Does not record everything. Missing chunks of time, and mislabeled times.

Easy to set up, but the angle not easy to tune!But overall it’s a good product!

For the price you pay it is well worth it. Pretty easy setup. Night alerts are effected by bugs but its hd clarity is very nice. Would recommend to anyone whos not worried about it being hidden. Has a ring for night vision
