Much more durable and rigid than flimsy plastic ones these will replace. Won’t scratch like metal ones would but still plenty rigid enough to get the job done. Wish I’d of had these long ago ! Made in US too !!

Surprised how sturdy and ridgid these are. They don't flex like other plastic picks but won't scratch your metal like metal picks. These are going to last a long while

I have 3 sets. One for cleaning. One in my rifle range bag & one in my pistol range bag - both for stoppages and malfunctions. Very stiff and doesn't wear down, won't break or bend, and being polymer, there's no danger of scratching. Brass pics used to be my "go to" for difficult cleanings, but there was always a risk of scratching finishes. These are more expensive than plastic pics, but well-worth it.

I have used the picks to clean my pistol on 4 occasions.The Amazon picture of this product made me skeptical of the product’s quality. I’m a critical person. The quality, durability, and functionality of a product is very important to me. For $14.60, I figured it was worth giving it a go.I am actually surprised at how well these picks have worked. I’m very happy with the quality, performance, and durability of the product. It has really helped me with cleaning the tight/hard to reach areas of my pistol.The picks are not damaged by gun solvent cleaners. I have used them with Hoppe’s 9 Black High-Performance Gun Cleaner. I have inspected the picks closely and there are no signs that the solvent has changed them in any way.The picks are rigid and durable for their intended use(s). They won’t bend nor break with normal use. I won’t say they’re indestructible. Few things in life are. As long as you aren’t viscously stabbing your gun with either pick, they will hold up just fine.If you are a gun owner who tries to clean your firearm(s) thoroughly, these picks will help you in achieving this task. I rated this product 4 out 5 stars because 5 stars indicates perfection. Few things in life are truly at the level of perfection.

Love these things. It seems like they'll last a very long time. Very handy indeed.

Had to try them out even though my guns where already clean, I thought ! I broke down one of my Glocks and used the pick found some carbon build up I had missed, actually i was shocked I missed it. Then used the flat blade with a patch and got into the grooves on the sides of the slide. I would highly recommend. They don't bend and are very sturdy. Did not affect the finish on the areas I worked on, but they are very sharp, and could probably draw blood if you stuck yourself with the pointed tips. Sending a set to another armorer friend of mine. Oh yeah, something rare, Made in The USA.

they are as close as you could get to using metal, but won't mar.

I've had a few sets of the softer plastic dental pick sets which I've used for gun cleaning. Those are OK, but these are much stiffer/sharper/sturdier than the other sets. I've only used a few times, and I can't say how long they'll last, but my initial impression is they'll last much longer than the softer plastic sets.
