Space Invaders Arcade,

The arcade 1up space invaders only had one downfall and that’s the volume. Even on low setting it’s extremely loud. But this is a minor problem solved by placing a coaster over the speaker outlet. The game itself is excellent and artwork on machine is perfect. Has two versions of the game as in the original black and white version and colour. These machines are simple to build and is a second attempt after building the asteroids unit. Arcade 1up has a 5 minute video on YouTube which I recommend and is easy to follow. Also this is a stunning part of furniture displayed next to my asteroids unit. If like me your an original arcade kid from the 70’s and miss these simple but perfect games I suggest you purchase one. I received great customer service and was well packaged on delivery and took just a couple of days to deliver once ordered. Very pleased. Be warned. I have had this cabinet not long and joystick became problematic as in not responding on certain moves even though it’s only left and right. I managed to replace stick but was a major pain. As not only were the screws covered in glue but also the actual metal plate was also heavily glued to control panel. Became a pain to remove. Screws were stripped so had to drill out unfortunately bit went through panel and now has a hole. Unbelievable incompetence on the build. I would never ever buy from arcade 1 up again. Inferior America rubbish

Didn't come with a deck protector and the inside of the screen has dried spray paint that won't come off from being made at the factory i expect? Also has some screws missing. Apart from that its OK
