Fit perfectly!
I own a salon and when the rubber gasket broke on one of my chairs I was like, where am I going to find this? Bingo....Amazon. Good quality, slipped right on the base and I'm done.

Works and fits perfect. Just a warning. The rubber needs to ‘cure’ a bit. Mine was still fresh and had stained the bag it came in, then I noticed it stained the floor a tiny bit. Maybe let it air out for a few days before putting it on...

It was a little too big so it wasn’t a snug fit but it serves it’s purpose. It’s still a great product

size range is not that accurate
its seems of ok quality, but if your chair base on the smaller end up the size range, the seal doesn't stay put and it looks pretty jenky..would advise a different brand with an exact size vs. size range.
