Aren't "chinese style" chopsticks supposed to be square? the look more like japanese style

Hello friend, Chinese chopsticks have longer sticks that are square at one end (where they are held) and round at the other (where they contact the food). They end with a blunt tip.and Japanese chopsticks have short to medium length sticks that have a pointed end.

The one pair is all that was in the order. They are reusable. Just was in soapy water rinse and dry. Store until ready to use again.
