Such a fair price for a great product!
This is a great product. So many compartments. Well made. Sewn well. Holds plenty. Zippers strong. Used it to travel plains, trains, metros, ferries and taxis. Supportive and comfortable on the back.

Incredible value for being so inexpensive
High quality and great value. Price was significantly less than other bags I was considering, but it has held up like the expensive ones. Good straps, lots of compartments, light weight, and comfortable. Very happy with it

Great backpack
Lots of compartments, very comfortable the only problem I had was one zipper wasn’t sewn right and I had to cut string that part of the compartment was sewn over the zipper. So it won’t close all the way. Other than that it’s a great backpack for hiking in the snow with all my snow gear!

Really decent backpack. Excellent value, better than expected!
This review is 100% unbiased. Was not asked to post this or compensated for doing so. I only buy North Face backpacks so I am grading this pack to theirs. Obviously, NF makes a much better product, but you pay at least double what this costs. If I had to buy a backpack for thru hiking that I had to depend on for 6 months to a year straight, it would not be this one. I just can't trust it. That being said, I am very pleased with this product. I wanted a lightweight, large, top-loading backpack to use on my bike. This is the perfect size for what I need. Any bigger and I'd look like I was running away from home. Fits more than you think. Material isn't too lightweight but I wouldn't say it is heavy duty. Seams and stitching seem to be pretty good. Zippers have a good feel and should hold up a while. Buckles aren't the best plastic but not the worst. Padding is nice. I think it should ventilate well based on its design and my experience with similar backpacks but because of the weather here in the northeast I have not been able to appreciate this feature yet. I would have liked a couple more smaller pockets. There are only 2 and if you have it really packed up the front bottom pocket is good for a 2" book at best. Mine is all b lack with some gray in the padding. My suggestion to potential buyers: I paid just over $40 and had this in a couple days so if you need a reliable backpack this size in a hurry this will not let you down. Don't expect $200 quality from a $40 product. If someone showed this to me and asked how much I thought it was, I would say $60-70. So use that to scale value. If you are on the fence, just go for it on this one.

Best backpack
This bag was amazing. Did a 65km hike and it held very well. The straps are great, it is very easy to adjust the straps for different heights. The rain cover is a great addition. It is a great size with tons of pockets and easy to organize your clothing.

Reliable, Roomy, and Ready for Adventure
The Esup 50L Hiking Backpack is a beast—in the best way possible. With its generous capacity and smart compartment layout, it easily handles everything from weekend camping trips to longer treks. The multiple pockets and straps make organizing gear a breeze, and the built-in rain cover is a lifesaver when the weather turns. It’s surprisingly comfortable for its size, thanks to the padded shoulder straps and breathable back panel. Whether I’m hauling sleeping bags, food, or extra layers, it distributes weight well and doesn’t feel bulky. The durable material holds up to rugged use, and the overall build feels solid and dependable. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly pack that doesn’t skimp on features, this one’s a winner. It’s become my go-to for outdoor adventures.

Water bottle pockets are poor quality, and rear zipper is not well designed
We have purchased three of these packs. All three are less than two years old and have the same issues with the rear zipper not being well designed and poor quality of the water bottle pockets. One of the backpacks has had a failure in one of the seams, which is a manufacturing issue. It appears that not enough material was gathered up and included in the seam prior to the seam being sewn. We use the packs for carrying rock climbing gear to and from the crags so they get used in pretty tough conditions and overall they have held up. We don’t really use the back access zipper on any of the packs because we tend to load the packs from the top, so the poor design of that zipper area is not a big deal for us. For someone who wanted to use that access zipper on a regular basis, it would be a pretty big hassle. I gave three stars because the packs are very inexpensive and so we did not expect much when we bought them. They have held up better than we expected. On the other hand, the zipper issue, poor quality of the water bottle pockets and blown seam prevent me from going any higher on the rating. I would say this is probably a good example of “you get what you pay for.” I created a video to go along with this review. The red pack has been used approximately 20 times, while the orange pack has been used about 15 times. The blue pack has been used about 10 times.
