THIS STUFF WORKS
I’m only using the Arm and Hammer and Dead Sea salts, and they worked even better than advertised. I have had a variety of skin problems my entire life (64 yo), doctors control them with a variety of creams and ointments which I hate because of the greasy feeling. I read about Dead Sea salts on line and decided to give them a try, after all, this is not expensive if it even works somewhat. Well, I got the package and began filling the tub with hot water (as the directions say, as hot as you can stand) and dumped in some of the salts and baking soda. I didn’t measure the amounts, but used about 1/4 of each package. Gave a quick stir and hopped in. I stayed in the tub for about 30 minutes, the water actually felt nice and relaxing. After soaking, I drained the tub and showered using my usual soap. The nature of one of my skin diseases is that immense after a shower, I start oozing a horrible smelling, oily substance. ( I need to shower several times a day to try and control the odor, and if I don’t, it becomes very raw and painful, sorry for the disgusting image). Anyway, after one bath, my psoriasis is clearing up, and the “jungle rot” seems to be going away. It’s been four days since I used the salts and the itch, the pain, and the horrific odor are gone. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve had these problems my whole life, thus us the first time EVER, that I truly feel clean and itch and pain free.

This is the perfect soaking dead sea salt with essential oil of lavender to give it the perfect smell so that you can relax in your tub. Even though I'm older I love to take a bath because this has helped me relax before going to sleep a definite purchase recommendation

WHERE HAS THIS GEM BEEN ALL MY LIFE
Honestly if you have crap eczema that's basically impossible to control, you need this in your life. I know I know, you're skeptical. As was I. It's not a cure all by any means HOWEVER this little gem from above has been a blessing in disguise and DONT LET ANYONE TELL YOU DIFFERENTLY. ALSO THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS EPSOM SALT, GET THAT OUTTA YOUR HEAD. Anyways. I have extremely bad eczema on my right leg, to the point it has legit just taken up my whole leg. I've tried every cream, moisturizer, lotion, steroid, etc. you could think of. The itchiness is the absolute worst(no literally I need socks on my hands). After reading on Reddit I was recommended this by just about everyone. I have a large tub so I add a bit more than 1/2 c. (not even sorry) and soak in it every morning for atleast 20 minutes. It has taken away my redness, burniness, and the Satan's itchiness! I still apply moisturizer afterwards and I'm usually good for close to 8-10hrs. Again, not a cure but it's been one of the only things I have found so far that's been such a remedy reliever. The downside is you will have to clean out your tub after every single use because it leaves a brown film around the edge. Unless you like cleaning, kudos heheh. BUY IT. IF NOT FOR YOU, FOR YOUR ECZEMA!

Omg where have these been my whole life
I’ve been taking detox baths for a decade. Started with Epsom salts to ancient minerals, then to Dead Sea flakes. I hesitated on these for months and months…I’m kicking myself now! I bought these finally bc my intuition was in high gear that this was important for me to get, so I bought them last night. I didn’t read any reviews and I’m glad I didn’t, otherwise I may not have bought them. Do not listen to the negative review, but do listen, just have to make sure the chunks aren’t too large. (I’ll explain my process). While in the tub, I felt so soft my skin felt like butter, which is not how regular Dead Sea salt feels from other brands. While I was sitting there doing my breath work and allowing my body to soak up the minerals I felt so good. So relaxed. Nothing relaxes me, nothing. So after I got out, I feel so good still. Just relaxed and calm. Something that’s not easy for me. I’m lying here writing this hoping the feeling never leaves me lol. But seriously. Back to the salt…yes there are big chunks and yes some are very rough. What I did was took a measuring cup the amount I was going to b put in. I drew my bath (I only run hot water so everything dissolves and’s let it sit for at least 10-15 mins before I attempt to get in, and then and only then do I add cool water). I poured the sand into my hand and took it larger and sharp pieces, set them aside and put the rest in the hot water. I took my rinse cup, filled it with the tub water and put the large pieces in there. When I came back in the 15ish mins the large pieces were dissolved. So I think the key is extra hot water letting it sit and letting them all dissolve. Now if I saw a really large piece, I’d prob set it aside but my largest one tonight was maybe a dime size or slightly larger but not much. Key take aways: Get this! Let the salt dissolve in the hottest water possible and later on draw coolers water if needed when you get in. I’m in love with this. I’m taking baths daily in this.
