Good reference book
I wouldn't consider the condition "Like New" due to some damage to the book, but I am happy to have a copy.

Very interesting book
When I got this book, I kinda knew what to expect because I had seen it in a book store. The first half is more "book," if that makes sense but the rest is set out like a dictionary or encyclopedia of the Celtic Gods and heroes. This is a great reference book for you if you are interested in learning about the Gods.

This is a book for those that are comfortable with spell and rune casting and divination
This is another book I have been using for decades now. I prefer it over many other books I have used. It isn't geared towards beginners even though it has sections for them. This is a book for those that are comfortable with spell and rune casting and divination. The seasonal rituals and celebrations outlines are great and there are several areas where substitutions are discussed. Which is very handy for the experienced practitioner that isn't interested in memorizing tomes of color and herb history.

The best Celtic book I own
I think McCoy has done a great job of putting together various elements of Celtic beliefs and mythology. A great glossary of deities and heroes that are important across Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England. This is my go-to book when I begin looking for something. Have been let down yet.

Feels good looking into my roots and ancestors beliefs! Thank you for your work.
New to paganism, looked into sumerian, babylonian, and some akkadian pantheon. This book is really good though, better than the Annunaki Bible. Thanks for your hard work!

Got what i paid for.
Front and back covers are permanently bent from the damages but most of the pages are okay. Price was fair for the condition of the book considering the original store price.Giving no more than two stars because the author clearly does not know the difference between pegan and wiccan, using the terms interchangably through the book and even assigns a few specifically wiccan elements to the pegan religion.

Wonderful work book
Great wording in a no nonsense and practical way. Loved the format and the soft-back version works very well. So much info, I think it best to dip in and out of it rather than trying to read all the way through.
