Really nice pasta book
This is a really nice pasta book. I made the shrimp with tarragon recipe last night (page 39) and it was fabulous. I did reduce the amount of shrimp and added three small lobster tails all I can say was YUM!! The recipes are a stretch for me but not so far out that I am afraid to try them. I did read the recipe and instructions several times before I started which is why I think my dish was a success. This is exactly the type of book that I was looking for.

Nice purchase
Williams Sonoma book, nice collectable. Fine photos and directions. More professional in appearance than some books I have. I really bought it for a hard copy of a soba recipe, but I see it will be helpful with other recipes. Nice purchase.

Beautifully done Cookbook!
This is a Wonderful Cookbook, as I had expected knowing William-Sonoma's reputation but this one more than exceeded my expectations! Beautiful Color photos of each recipe! Very Nice Gift! I had to buy one for me!

MUST GET if you love pasta!
I absolutely ADORE this book. There are TONS of recipes, 99% pastas, but a few soups and miscellaneous too. However, if you are a pasta eater, this is an absolute must. We eat pasta 7 days a week, and so this book has already payed for itself.

i own many cookbooks but I LOVE all my Williams-Sonoma cookbooks . The recipes are always easy ,delicious, pictures are inspiring and they always are perfect!!!
