Their pocket bras wont hold them. Search for pocket mastectomy bras and there are a wide varity that will though.

I just ordered the 38 size pocket bra with B cup breastforms, will they work without issue??

It may work but not to sure. I really didn't like this pocket bra because the breast forms would fall out of the pocket. No security really. Hope this helps
