The steps are fine, Easy to assemble and sturdy enough for a small dog. I have a high bed and a 14-lb Havanese with short legs. So far, she is not using the steps, but I am trying to train her. She can jump onto the bed when she feels like it, but many times she just whines and waits for us to pick her up. Spoiled. I am setting her on the steps each day and once or twice, she has climbed them, but usually just steps back onto the floor, much to the amusement of my partner. I'll keep them, but not too hopeful.

1st thought it was a mistake, but changed my mind. It was easy to assemble about 5-8 mins. I like it because it sturdy and light weight. It will not hold as much dirt because it has a plastic base. If the cover is dirty you can remove it or you don;t really have to have it because the plastic black steps are non skid

This Pet Steps goes to the height of a 2-liter pop bottle. I don’t believe it is misrepresented in the listing but if I had a visual representation I would have chosen a differently. I imagine this product is more for puppies lacking adult physicality than “small dogs”.

Very hard to get the pieces to stay in place even after they are snapped in. It's cheaply made and not very sturdy. My 5 pound Yorkie is just about the size I would trust on these.

I purchased this for my small aging dogs. It was easy to assemble and structurally sound in spite of its actual weight. That makes it easy to move out of the way when I have guests at my house. They were becoming hesitant to jump off the couch and sometimes struggled to make it up to nap. I would recommend it to anyone who wants something for their small dogs but don't want to keep it in front of their couch all the time.

its held up fine for our small dog but why are these things sooo expensive for such minimal materials. ive accidentally stepped on it before and broke one or two small parts but thats my fault

The steps are not as high as I would like them to be. Very flimsy but they are only being used for my elderly cat to get into bed so they certainly do the trick. I am satisfied with them.

My tiny miniature yorky loves these steps. Before, he struggled with getting on the bed and now he doesn't need my help. I did think they would come in one piece, but they were easy to assemble. :)
