The First Pup: The Real Story of How Bo Got to the White House Hardcover – May 25, 2010

LOVE this book. Great way to introduce the concept of the Presidency and First Lady/Family to young children. My Grandchildren, ages 5 and 7 enjoyed this and went to school and told their teachers about it. I would definitely recommend.

This was a gift for my nephew and he LOVED it !! Read the book aloud to the family right away. We all learned a lot :)

This is an extremely well told story of how the first family ended up with a first pup.The text is perfect, but the illustrations are phenomenal. Bo is so adorably drawn, I actually thought about getting another dog for a second.

I gave this book along with a Ty Babies Bo to my friend's 4-year old son. The story reaches children and the illustrations are very colorful.

I made sure that my niece and nephew got copies of this book. Since then I have given it to other friends children. The colors are awesome and the content is just right for children. It is a great book for parents to read to their children.

Loved to hear the true story about Bo, my daughter loved it.

Cute book with great illustrations. My granddaughter loves hearing this story with her Bo at her side. A fun read.

I do therapy dog work (with my Portuguese Water Dogs), and the kids love it when I bring books "starring" my own breed for their reading work.
