Fantastic
Fantastic premium vinegar. Great for cooking and even better on some oysters.

Love this Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar!
I absolutely love this Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar! Most people probably use it for salads or glazes, but my secret trick is adding a splash to sparkling water over ice — it’s so refreshing and almost tastes like a soda. No sugar, no artificial flavors, just delicious.

Robust • Thick • Sweet • Tangy
The media could not be loaded. This isn’t your typical thin, watery and bitter vinegar — This has a thick, semi-syrup viscosity (See review video). It has a powerful taste that’s mostly sweet, with a hint of lemony tang. The combination works! It’s excellent salmon or salad topper. I even like to mix it with Liquid Aminos to pair the vinegar’s sweetness with some salt. There are even some inadvertent health benefits: The robust flavor stands on its own when I drizzle the vinegar on top of my salads, so I don’t even need to add oil.Unlike some other balsamic vinegar purchases I’ve made online, this bottle big enough that the value for money is sufficient.I am such a satisfied customer that I bought two more bottles immediately after trying this vinegar to ensure that I don’t run out!

Exceptional quality and taste
Exceptional!!! I had the pleasure of visiting when I was in Texas and purchased a bottle. When I finished that bottle I could imagine using any other balsamic as it is so good and so noticeably better than any I have ever tasted.

Worth the money!
Light but wonderful taste. Used it on my salad. Can't wait to try the lemon next! Worth the money.

Simply Better Than the Rest
I’m somewhat of a balsamic vinegar snob. Lol. My wife and I have tried so many brands, but Texas Olive Co makes the best. The flavor is deep and saturated. It’s also the right consistency - not watery like so many others. The pear flavor is the absolute best in my opinion. It has a kick and is so perfect with focaccia bread. For a more subdued experience, the fig flavor works on just about anything. Delicious!

No Pizzazz and No Flavor BUT Wait!!!!!
PREVIOUS REVIEW: I would not recommend this product at all. There is no Pizzazz and no flavor. I was super excited because this is a Texas-born company. I ordered the Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar, and it was underwhelming—little to no pineapple flavor and no earthy tones either. I paid over $20 for this product and it was not worth it at all.UPDATE STANCE: Texas Hill Country Olive Company has reached out to me with warm hearts and tried the rectify this situation. They really put in the effort to make sure that I tried another one of their quality products and take my feedback to heart and mind. I elaborated on why I gave them 1 Star, but I have to change it to 4 Stars because the customer service was outstanding, and the rectification of the situation is truly indicative of Southern Hospitality. I'm giving them a try, and I hope you all try their products as well. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
