Yes, other than stirring it up well, it is ready to use. But regarding "can I use it on the wall," I have to pause. What type of wall are you painting?This paint is for METAL only to my knowledge. You would NOT want to use it on drywall or wood. I do not know if you could use it on brick. Perhaps I am wrong about this but I would never use it on a "wall." If you let me know what type of wall you will be painting I would be happy to try to answer. I would suggest you go on line to the Rust-Oleum website and read up on this type of paint. I have never used it for anything but METAL so be careful! I have painted many, many metal "things" over the years with this paint, mailboxes, steel oil tank, iron re-bar, all sorts of metal.
