I have irritable bowl syndrome and diverticulitis. I take 1 capsule of Belva and drink 1 tablespoon of Konsyl mixed with 10 ounces of water daily. It takes both to control my IBS. I now have a regular bowl movement every day. No constipation and no diarrhea. I have no gas. This is my miracle procedure. The Konsyl was not working until I started taking the Belva. And the Belva did not work as well without the Konsyl.

These capsules for digestive health seem to work decently well -- I took some after eating far too many cookies and felt better afterwards, anyway. Not sure if that was placebo or not, but I'll keep taking them. It seems like the most important thing will be to take them daily for regular digestive benefits. Though I'm not expecting miracles, it would be nice to see some benefits. The smell is nice, very natural and earthy. There's no unpleasant taste. After reviewing some other products, it seems this particular brand also has significantly more Bael extract than other similar capsules, perhaps 4 or 5 times as much, making this quite a good deal.

Within a week this began to resolve intestinal cramping pain. On second week stool began to form better. I take 1 after each meal.

If you have ANY problem going to the bathroom this will fix it!

I can be quite skeptical and am even more so with supplements, but all of the reviews have been glowing. So, I just had to try it! I don’t have any diagnosed bowl issues; however, I have always had trouble being regular and struggle with constipation. So, I decided to take the supplements 2 times a day with my morning and night meds instead of taking them after meals. I simply would not remember to take them otherwise. A small heads up, the capsules taste a bit nasty, so have something flavorful to drink nearby. And remember to eat within an hour of taking them or they can make your stomach feel icky. Unfortunately, after week, I showed now improvement. It didn't really do anything for me. Hopefully, you will find it helpful as many others did! :-)
