RECOMMEND THIS BOOK IF YOU WANT TO BE A TEACHER OR JUST A GREAT MOM. The things that this book teaches is incredible. It should be given to every single teacher regardless of what age they want to teach, but also to moms who want to know what's best for their kids and what exactly do teachers do. It teaches you so much about children, what they need, why, how to do it. Incredible book.

I purchased the used loose leaf version. I was not happy at first glance of my book in a random messy pile held together by a rubber band. Once I got it into a binder I was happier, there were very few ripped pages, just several bent. The book lined up perfectly with my Edec 1001 class at Ohio university. Overall, the book did its job.
