Excellent quality, easy to install and looks great !Also one of the pipes had a hairline crack in it, and I outreached the manufacturer and they replaced the part immediately.

Plumber was not able to install shower wand initially and installed different part. I didn’t like it so I removed and after purchasing a 1/2 in male (us) to female (uro) coupling to make this work ($15 or so on amazon), file the coupling with metal file to fit the opening in tile. Totally worth the extra work. I really love the look. Able to have both running at the same time with toggle (refuses pressure). Purchased a water regulator for the shower head. This is an amazing set up just be aware there is no water flow regulator. Shower head holds a great deal of water and drips for a bit once shut off. Still love it.

I really love the big head and how much water comes out. Of course, I also ran 3/4 inch pipe between the valve and the head (even though the fittings on valve and head are 1/2 inch) to maximize flow to the head.I would complain a little about the instructions regarding depth of installation of the valve box. I ended up following the directions, and not thinking it through enough, so had to open the back wall of the shower after tiling to adjust the position of the box. I count this as my fault for not thinking through the fact I was using 1/2 backerboard rather than 1/4, but it also could have had better instructions regarding appropriate depth of install.Being so large and heavy, the head doesn't stay all the way up when you tilt it to adjust it up. Since I installed it so high, it's never an issue, but just be aware you should not install it low hoping to have it spray out horizontally as it will tilt downward under it's own weight.I really like having the diverter to the wand for the dogs and the kiddo. I installed the smaller head the right height for my son, and use it to wash the dogs.Overall a great value and good quality product.

My unit looked great out of the box and looked nice installed. However, once it was installed, it did not work. According to a master plumber, the mixing valve/diverter was broken. This put me behind several days with my project. I had to find something similar in looks to appease the family I was installing this for. The price was great, but I got what I paid for. However, the price is not relevant at all if it doesn’t work! The unit did “feel” somewhat light weight out of the box. I ended up replacing with heavier duty unit. The folks I installed the Delta unit for are very happy now. I am returning the Auktopt unit for a refund. I was very disappointed.

The fixed shower head of this unit delivers a lot of moving water. It creates a luxurious feeling unmatched by my soaking tub. The cost is significantly less than comparable, name brand units elsewhere. The quality of components are excellent. Pieces fitted well together. I did my own installation and it was easy. Great shower every time and savings make this a five-star purchase.I liked it so much I bought the same unit again for the final bathroom remodeling. It’s worth repeating to me and my family.

This shower assembly seems well made, finish is nice. Installation instructions are not great.my only real complaint would be to check everything over real well , I had this for 2 months before installing it, when i did install it the hose for the handheld shower had no threads on one end(obviously a manufacturer defect) but it was too late to return, I had to purchase a new hose elsewhere

I would say it feels kinda cheap. I still gave 5 stars because it looks premium and it covers super well. Was easy to install (I did myself). I wanted one with the valve included. The water pressure is pretty great. For the price and what I was looking for it's a perfect fit. When I get a chance I'll add pics later. I'm very happy with the purchase.

These fixtures are very pretty and seem to be well made. There was just one problem and it was a huge one for us. Our plumber explained that if there's ever a problem with the control valve, tile would have to be ripped out to replace it. That was a risk we weren't willing to take. We've returned this and will purchase another design recommended by our plumber.
