There's Good & Bad
The GoodIt's well made, feels solid and looks the part.The BadThe hose is only 1.5m long so after connecting it to the mixer taps, it's even shorter when you allow for the bend. This means you can only mount the shower head at that height. Averaged to tall people will be too close to, or touching the shower head and so you need a 2m hose to give reasonable height to the head.It cost me £37 to buy this unit and a further £9 for a good quality, longer hose. That makes it expensive.
