How it lights up
It took a while to figure out how to light it up. I found the notation on the side that says on/off. There's a small button buried there. I depressed the button DOWN toward the plastic headband, using the headband as leverage to push against.

Doesn't work, poor quality, JUNK
Right out of the clear packaging, the gold cord that wraps around the horn is falling off. It's not properly secured on there at ALL. Secondly, no matter what we try the horn will not light up. The batteries that came with it don't work, and brand new batteries don't make a difference. Don't waste your money, no matter how much your little girl begs for a real light-up unicorn horn.

It does what it says it'll do
The item looks exactly like the picture. The lights work. Headband fits my head and my child's head. Good buy.

Did not light up
I reached out to the maker but never received a response. I loved everything about this headband, but it did not light up. My decision to make this purchase had to do with the light up feature.

Cute
Lite up very well. Went perfect with my halloween costume. Itsn't heavy and glows very brute at night.

Skip this one!
The light-up feature does not work. There is no button or any capability for it to work, just a random battery pack taped to the back with no functionality. The gold ribbon wrapped around the horn part fell off within 30 minutes of opening, with light use. Skip this one.
