This is a serious CA Glue - don't underestimate it. Can't live without it now.
I've been using CA of different manufacturers for close to 3 decades - typically the stuff I'd get at the reputable hobby stores like Hobbytown and other local R/C shops. I've used the gap filling and medium mostly and occasionally the thin - usually with mediocre results regardless of the prep. It was probably 50% me, 50% the glue quality. But the glue always turned syrupy after a month or two no matter how cleanly I kept it stored.I decided to try this thin stuff with baking soda as a gap filler (yep - internets) and also wanted some that would penetrate breaks and hopefully make a solid bond. Picked up this Star Bond with a little hesitation over the price. Sometimes I'm cheap but lots of woodworkers I know swear by it.What I found is that this stuff is awesome if you can be patient, use the small tips and use sparingly. Not only does it set quickly, hold like I always thought CA should and wick; but it takes so much less glue to do it. I got the accelerator aerosol and this kit and it came with 5 micro tips and a tip-cleaner and regular cap. The tips are super useful since it's water thin. I had a tendency to over apply at first, making a little bit of a mess of things. The micro tips can be cleaned out, too, by carefully tapping the bottom on a folded paper towel once you’re removed them from the bottle. Wear gloves and eye protection. This stuff WILL glue you to anything if you’re not careful. The accelerator works well, too. I ALWAYS used Zip-kicker until now with the horrible pump that either put out too little or too much. The fine mist kicks the glue evenly and doesn’t yellow my work. It also doesn't leave a weird chemical banana smell in the workshop. My only non-5-star rating was ease of use because if you’re not used to the water-thin stuff, you will have a learning curve. Not knocking the product, but just setting a warning flag for others.

This product is very ruuny but works on paper & balsa wood!
I've not before used a product as sticky as this one is! It'll leave a lot of sticky spots on your work table unless you line it with newspaper before opening up the bottle. It is more runny than water, if that is possible. One of my first uses for it was to put a drop of it on the knots securing the lines (fine cotten string) between model rocket bodies and their parachutes. Despite being above average careful and using the microtip dispensers, a plus that no one else supplies with their similar products, I found that it had wicked nearly 3/8" up each line before I had a chance to discover and fix the problem! This is an amazing - if a bit pricey product. It'll glue pieces of anything to anything and It comes with a large serving of micro-tips, a spare bottle dispenser cover, and a most generous bottle of goo that'll last a long, long time. Unless you spill it, in which case you'd better be careful. If you step in the resulting glue-puddle, you'll never get your shoe off the floor! Two thumbs up!As a follow up to my first post, many reviewers have cited problems using this runny CA adhesive on balsa wood & paper, a problem most liquid CA glues share. The trick to obtaining a great bond in these circumstances is to first apply a thin coating to the two edges to be bonded. Quickly WIPE THE EXCESS GLUE OFF THESE EDGES. Then let the glue sit for a while to harden. Finally, apply another VERY THIN coat of glue to the edges again, line everything up and press together. You'll get a darn near instant bond of INCREDIBLE strength. This product is VERY NOT suited for gluing things without flat edges/surfaces together, like the bathrobe hook problem another reviewer mentioned here. For this, you need a thick, non-runny adhesive. JB-WELD is a most impressive adhesive for applications like this. Apply a little to the coat hook screws and in the screw holes, cover the back of the hook with a thick coating of the stuff, then mount the hook to the door with the screws. The hook will never, ever come off the door again, promise! Even if the screw holes were stripped!

Good glue in a good package
I use this mostly with baking soda to build up and repair plastic and wood. It is a strong and durable for this as any Ive used. repairs screwholes in wood (door hinges with stripped out holes for instance) reat With baking soda it cures instantly and lets off much heat. Not as bad as some thinner cyanoacrylates though. Ive also used it alone to cord wrap and finish a pool cue. It has a beautiful clear finish and is tough enough to take scotch brite smoothing on the cue end. On the cord wrap it is thin enough to leave texture and grip. On its own this glue cures fast-ish but not so fast that you cant manipulate it as a finish. But what is really good about this product is the bottle it comes in and the nozzles. It lets me place just the amount of glue I want right where I want with both the tiny nozzles and the main larger nozzles. The red cap on a large nozzle keeps the glue from setting and keeps the nozzle clean. I dont even bother with the sealing cap. The bottle itself is rigid enough to not let me accidentally squeeze to much out, but pliable enough to allow me to easily dispense the right amount. Wasted glue and messes and glue that cures in container before I used it were always my biggest complaints using super glues before. I think this glue solved most of that for me. And its not a bid price

Good glue. Expensive though. Didn't get half of the tips I was supposed to get.
The glue is good and this is a good bottle to use while you use another bottle to keep refilling it. I will say though that I did not get any of the small tips because the stupid package leaked them all out prior to arriving. I had to roll with it cause I can't wait forever. It does dry fast. And it can burn your eyes by just the smell. It also will set anything cloth on fire or at least cause it to smoke super fast. The smoke from it will give you a headache like nothing you ever felt. Use in ventilated area. I did but still got it in my eyes anyway. The smoke that is. If you actually get this in your eyes you will be blind forever. Perfectly clear. Very strong holding power. Use gloves and eye protection. Nitrile gloves worked for me but with cotton balls it will melt the gloves and still burn you. Needless to say... be careful
