Custom plaque mailed separate from trophy.
First, click on both seller links 'Decade Awards'. Only one of them has the 'message seller' link that is used to customize a plaque. Second, the plaque is mailed separately from the trophy (trophy in 2 days, the plaque 1 day later). I was confused by all of this. Maybe it was just me...Having said that....it's a great little trophy. Solid base. Has a good thickness throughout. Got it for my 8 year olds first hole in 1. He loves it.

Great memento for that extra special accomplishment!
This is my second HIO trophy ordered from Decade. I liked my first experience well enough to order it again, and I recommend it to my golfing buddies who are also fortunate enough to make a HIO. Good looking trophy. Very reasonably priced. Delivery was prompt. Engraved plaque looks great and was promptly delivered a few days after the trophy.

Great Value for Celebrating a Special Moment
I wanted to do something to commemorate my achievement without going too crazy. This trophy was exactly what the doctor ordered as far as I was concerned. Everything went smoothly, they were even able to correct the date for me when my original submission was wrong.
