Fundamentals of Human Resource Management (3rd Edition) 3rd Edition

Very good book indeed. Used this as a textbook for a Human Resource class. Very well-structured and goes in depth in discussion without sounding too dry, the end of chapter Case Studies with Carter Cleaning Companies was something that I really liked. If you're a Human Resource or Management major, you'll probably have more books from Gary Dessler, and I bet you'll love em. Only down side I can think of is resale price. I bought it in December '14 for $50 and the resale value now is around $30 after a semester (in May 2015) - a 40% slash in resale value. Apart of that - no complaints about the book. Great text, aced the class - thanks to the author!

I enjoyed the class and the book. I used this textbook for my Intro to Human Resource Management and found myself genuinely enjoying both. The information will help me know how to handle a very vital part of my future business - the people that run it! Another tool for my toolbox of life. Thank you, Gary Dessler!

Bought this book for an HR course. Overall book was pretty good. Easy to read and some good cases. Some of the content could be condensed.

Learned a lot from this book.

The book is amazing! It is not as big as I thought and the paperback is quite soft. But the seller sent me the book with the speed of light! That was amazing.. I contacted them to confirm no delays because I was in a rush and the service/speed/effectiveness was rad!!! Very pleased!

Book was a little torn had to tape it

This book came as described. I can't really say I loved it because I had to have it for class, I have not read it for pleasure or anything. Definitely got it cheaper on Amazon than I would have in the bookstore.

I bought "New." Book came with a damaged cover (fold through center) and curled page corners. Shipping was fast. Was stand alone book. Can buy book and access code for same price "new."
