Once the knife is very thin is better and easy to use this stone
is very good. I bought my second one. They leave my knifes to cut a hair in the half

The coarseness is all wrong. The seller does not even tell coarsness!!! How stupid.

Stone was not completely smooth. Had to grind it to correct it.
