Very bad quality product.
I purchased this light two time. First time it was broken and second time glasses were scrached. Look wise good but quality wise worst. The circles on the glasses were also not same. I dont liked the product and retuned.

Not identical pair
I bought a pair but there is difference in the rings around the glass. In one it's closer and in another it's wider. Not identical.Otherwise it's good

I ordered 3 light for my new house. Packing are not good. when I received all 3 were broken. I replaced it. This time the bulbs are broken. Looks pretty when I install

Production is good and plantation is also good. But disappointed with delivery guy. He wan not ready to come to deliver at my house. After Lot of arguments he became ready to deliver to my house. And I found one glass was broken.

Parts missing
The connecting chain didn’t come up with the product and the ceiling clamp is not there. Bulbs are really worthless .

Poor quality, parts missing
Not of good quality. Plastic components are of poor strength. I received parts missing. No bulb provided, however, it said bulb included in description

Not a satisfactory product worth buying
Its bulb with thread is not easily available in the market. And one set had bulb which was broken and the other didn't have even the broken one. Not using it till date as thread LED bulb is not available in the market.
