I have to warn that the first time I installed this, I didn't tighten the twist ring sufficiently far, so when I turned up the faucet to improve the spray pressure as I was cleaning the tub, it POPPED RIGHT OFF the faucet head and splattered me a bit... But hey, no matter. Scared the cats a bit, but it's a tub space... most of the water just hit the tub and lesson learned: TIGHTEN THAT COMPRESSION RING!Once I got things tightened up... this thing works like a charm.It's great to now be able to easily clean this spare tub. Yes, it could be a pet grooming station, too, I supposed if I had a pet that needs grooming like in the description. But our cats would probably object. : ) I could use it as a nice FOOT BATH, tho... Put a shower stool in the tub, and soak my feet better in the tub with this hose to wash them down and keep the tub spotless.All kinds of new opportunities about.This is a great little add-on, at a GREAT PRICE!Perfect!!

I had hoped for an easier way to give my dog a bath than filling our huge tub with water and using a bottle to get her wet. This seemed like the solution & the price wasn't bad. Our garden tub doesn't have a diverter so this should've worked. I followed the instructions & soaked it in hot water for 5 minutes then put the coil around the attachment loosely before attaching it to the tub faucet.On my first try, after tightening up the coil, I turned on the water slowly & saw a trickle start to come out of the shower attachment, but noticed some water coming out of the faucet attachment too. I waited until it got hot, then turned the water up a little to see if that would help with the seal. I still had only a trickle coming out of the shower attachment, but now there was water gushing out of the faucet attachment. I tightened it a little more a few more times but with no luck.I tried turning the faucet attachment the other way around too but had no success that way either. The fit was tight but not super hard to get the faucet attachment on. I just think it's a case of round facet attachment on a square faucet. I haven't seen a round tub faucet since I was a kid taking a bath in an old clawfoot tub. The video is a bit deceptive too because it shows a square faucet & a really strong water pressure from the shower head. This was a big disappointment. I don't often give bad reviews. I'm usually pretty happy with my purchases & can think of only 2 other times in 100's or maybe 1000's of purchases where I wasn't satisfied. I'd advise against buying this product if you have a tub faucet with a diverter (the button you pull up to switch to the shower option) or if you have a square faucet.

I was lookig forward using this, doest fit the tub spout in my main bathroom as it's kind of square. Plus the clamp while I was able to get it to secure to faucet water still leaked around it. Might have to leave it in hot water longer to make it more pliable and try again.

This was supposed to be a short term fix while we did a bathroom remodel. Nearly 3 years and a million project ADD detours later, we still have relied on this hose. It’s strong enough pressure to enjoy a shower or cleaning out paint brushes. The handle only recently broke in a way that could not be fixed. But it worked a lot harder and longer than I think it was intended for, so I’m not too upset.

Cheap made . Will work to fill a water Blazer up in a pinch . Don't fit Fausets. When you get it on its leaks more then comes out the end .

::::::UPDATE::::::After 5 months, my handheld shower started leaking a bit, but MAN! I've gotten my money's worth! It worked so great that I'm back for another! When I did the math, I figured this handheld shower, at $9 lasted 5 months... That's only $1.80 a month OR, just 6 cents a day, to be able to sit and wash my hair! ((BTW, If I left it on all the time, I might have just added a host clamp, but I take it off often enough that it would have been inconvenient.)) I'll include some photos of my faucet, hopefully they will help someone...First, let me say, my ONLY regret is that I didn't buy this sooner.... I was thrilled to find it worked for me. From the reviews, it seems obvious that it doesn't work for those with the shower diverter, but I don't have that worry...I love my "designer" tub faucet & since it looks like new, I didn't want to replace it to get a hand held shower. I figured for the price, why not take the gamble! I'm very glad I did. The first time I put it on, I had to soak it in hot water to get it on, but it seems like it cooled to form to my faucet to form a tight fit! I've removed it many times, it comes off easily, but never leaks! Putting it back on is easy, too. I only use about half pressure, but that's plenty of pressure to wash/rinse my long, thick hair. The hose is generously long, even for my big soaker tub. Regarding all the reviews about water spraying everywhere, lol, I have to admit, once I had a blonde moment & turned the knobs wrong, turning on the water at full pressure. It popped right off, but didn't make a water mess. Water didn't spray everywhere like you'd expect AND, I've found the pressure from the spray is perfect for making great bubbles when I indulge myself with a bubble bath! BONUS!BUY IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT... and if by chance you do, you're only out $9!!
