great until it isn't (broke in six months and I'm 100s under the lb limit)
I sit a computer for 12+ hours per day. I needed something comfortable. This was priced reasonably, easy to assemble, seemed like quality, and really not bad in terms of confort. Then six months into it, the castor popped out of the base. The base appears to have stretched. I'm not remotely near the weight limit. I understand that things happen and the one star isn't even for that. The company never answers its phone and ignored an email from me (which included proof of purchase, detailed concern, etc.). All I wanted was to buy a replacement base if it came to it and I was ignored. These chairs do not last and there is no customer service when there are issues. I recommend avoiding them completely. Spend the money somewhere else.

This chair lasted 6 months and was falling apart...the 24 month warranty for parts they offer is a joke...they don't write you back. Lucky for me Amazon stands behind their customers. Extremely disappointed!
