i was kind of disappointed when it was not a true daily account of the Obama Years calendar. Each day denotes important historical facts but not unique to what President Obama might have done on that day. On the other hand, each month has a new picture of President Obama in various settings. I ;ike the fact the calendar came in a replica folder, which serves nicely as a receipt holder. For this reason I gave it just a 4.5 rating. I gave it as a gift to a family member who would appreciate it the most.

The 'Obama Years' calendar is beautiful. There are photos of President Obama, and his family.I've had an "Obama" calendar for three years in a row. It gives me great comfort to know President Obama is at the 'wheel' of this Great Vehicle we call "America". He cares for us all. This calendar is a daily reminder of the work he has done, and continues to do.I also ordered a large calendar (desk top, with loads of writing space, so I don't have to mess this one up. (Amazon) Happy with Both!

A nice calendar with pics to remember our first African-American President, after he leaves office in January. I plan to give it away as a Christmas present. I don't think it matters that most people probably don't use calendars anymore. The First Family photos every month of the year, make it worth the purchase.

I give these as family gifts each year so they are always anticipated. My young nephew is always happy to have it as a special piece of his room and loves looking through it and remembering different events, so it serves to reinforce what he has learned. He has used it as a show-and-tell at school.

Love these calendars, it's a great snapshot of our beloved president during the current year he was in office as well as a snapshot of our African American Culture and history. I will be a collector of every calendar they publish of this president.
