Product and Service Outstanding
The labels for our limoncello were wonderful: the design, the size, the customization. But what will have me going back to Nancy Nikko is her customer service. Our first shipment , though showing that it was delivered, never made it to our house. After checking with neighbors, I emailed Nancy on a Friday and was told that she would have a replacement set in the mail on Monday.Sure enough, I received an email with the tracking number that Monday. Package with replacements arrived on Friday.The first set were delivered the Tuesday--5 days after they were supposedly delivered.Thanks, Nancy! Checking out the website for other items.
