Monstrum Tactical TB06 Heavy Duty Tactical Belt

I am new to owning a gun, and I am soon to be getting my holster and concealed permit. I have not had the priveledge of experiencing all of the different brands like black hawk which is mentioned often, but this was cheap enough to test so I went for it. I must say, very nice belt. I'm sure the $60+ ones are "better", but this seems to do the job fairly nicely. I have tested it with a few friends holsters/guns, and it holds up nicely. I use it currently for my flashlight I bring about with me, my leatherman, things like that. It is nice to have a belt that doesn't flop down when it is loosened and maintains its rigidity so anything not secured to my belt that well doesn't fall off. I would absolutely recommend this product. Maybe when I become more experienced and have a bit more money in the bank I will give the expensive brands a try, but this product hasn't let me down yet.

This is a monster of a belt. The hook and loop alone will do the job, but there is also this bomb proof buckle. It takes awhile to get used to the buckle, and if you have the runs you might not make it. If you carry heavy stuff on your belt, look no further. I also liked the color. The belt I ordered turned out to be just too long, and it was really more belt than I need. I offered it to my next door neighbor who is a fireman. It fit him fine, and he gladly accepted it. Be sure to look at the size chart before you order. The belt cannot be cut down to size the way it is made.

Pros:- Holds up after months of use- Solid metal buckle that hasn't rusted- Stays cinched tightCons:- Not really a "tactical" or "heavy duty" belt, and not particularly good for carrying a firearm - it's most just one layer of nylon- If your waist is 32" or under, you will have a ton or excess material and maybe not be able to cinch the belt as tight as you would like

I have to say that for $11 I'm impressed to say the least. Good stitching, good reinforcements, fit as described. I have 2 blackhawk riggers belts with my gear that I've had since the service and love that they stay in place and wanted 1 for work. This was my 3rd attempt at a cheaper option. The 5.11 sizing was way off, rodut was 1.20" and too short (1.20"??/that's dress belt size in a "tactical" belt) then I got this one. Perfect. My only concern is the hook side. Seems a bit small and could wear out prematurely but only time will tell. As of now I couldn't be happier with the purchase though.

Closure barely reaches the Velcro to close the belt. I'm a size 35-36 waist. Barely makes it around my waist with Carry Holster IWB. Needs at least one snap loop for the belt side since so little actually catches the Velcro. If you want a low cost Carry belt, and you are less than 36 inch waist, this should work for you. If any larger, look for something else. Was delivered on time at a very fair price.

Great belt. I was using it as a inner belt for my duty gear but I switched to velcro inner. I use it as daily wear now. It's not too stiff but good enough for conceal carry or OWB. Lastly the cost of this belt is absolutely amazing for the quality compared to others (5.11). I definitely recommend.

It arrived before i expected it and was well packaged. It also seems to be of a decent quality, though not nearly as sturdy as the belt i was replacing. My main complaint however, is that the manufacturer of this belt has a much different system of sizing their product than the manufacturers of every other belt and pair of pants ive ever owned. My waist goes between 36 and 38 actual inches and i generally wear a size 38 in pants because i like a looser fit. The description for the size says this belt fits up to a size 38 waist, but the only way that could happen is if i could magically make it stay on with the two ends touching. Normally, id return it for a larger size, but theres an additional charge for any larger belt. Instead, i think ill just take the hit and buy a sturdier belt in the correct size from somewhere else. The one star is only because of how quickly it arrived.

Very heavy duty webbing material. Not so heavy duty Velcro. Very inexpensive... Guess I should have considered that. Very long. Very universal size. Velcro is strong enough to snag everything near it but won't stay attached to webbing due to very light stitching. Paint on metal buckle not heavy duty..worn bare metal spots after one day.

Love this belt.. Going to order a second belt as a back up.
