Konjac Sponge Puff with Added French Red Clay

These aren't exactly cheap - I had one a few years ago and it lasted really well, and at the time I loved it. However, only received this one on 7th August and 2 weeks later it has crumbled and fallen apart - useless. Love the effect but I'm not prepared to pay out again for something so disappointing.

I have rated this product low the reason being is it fell apart very quickly. Despite me not keeping it covered in product or leaving it in the shower.I will add the customer service when I had the issue was good. I explained the issues, sent photos and they suggested that I needed to dry on /near a radiator after use. They even went as far as offering a replacement. I did decline as id ordered one from elsewhere and it's perfectly in tact using the same care as I did with this one.

I have rosacea so need to be gentle with my skin, this konjac sponge is perfect. I use it with just water or with my oil cleansing product if I'm not doing a full exfoliation that day. The string does feel a bit flimsy and funny but the sponge itself is nice and has lasted a while so far.

Superb item. Texture is a bit strange at first but the result is amazing! There is 'zero' irritation and my skin feels velvety soft after washing and towel patting dry. I decided against using my usual clarins face wash as suggested and the result feels lovely. Highly recommend. Fast and efficient dispatch. A+++ from me. I will not be without one of these! VERY satisfied customer!

I normally buy the gent's black version of this but reading the purposes for each one. I decided to buy the red one. however only after 3 uses the insides disintegrated. such a shame
