Too long for my OmniBlend 1.5 liter jar.

Read the entire posted information before purchasing
I ordered from the title description and failed to note that on the 5th bullet point down it also requires a domed replacement lid. I can't find the domed lid offered without the jar. I can't find out how to connect JCT to ask. I was able to return the chewed up tamper.

Great service
I bought this tamper for my 6 year old JTC Blender, only to realize that when I received it, the length was wrong for my particular unit.I was ready to saw it down but emailed JTC first. They resolved the situation for me perfectly and I am really impressed by the speed and communication with which they handled it.Now I have to go and make hummus.Goodbye.
