Remote programming must be done by a dealer or automotive locksmith. Key cutting must be done by dealer. No chip in key no programming necessary for key. This remote key is a replacement item, not an original item, but will look and function just like an original one would.

The key was new but lock smith went to cut the key and it didn't cut properly. So they had to give me one of there keys. But over all I was very happy.
