I needed to contact the company for a couple of things: received broken bulbs, how to properly dispose of broken bulbs and handle new bulbs, issues with unit working.Each time I contacted the company their response was very fast and they immediately resolved my issue or answered my questions to a satisfactory level. They even assisted in troubleshooting the power switch I did not purchase from them, which resulted in me purchasing a replacement from them.Product works great and I’m looking forward to sitting outside on those cooler nights that used to drive me indoors.

We bought this heater at Amazon at a price about 40% lower than of the same item on the manufacturer website. So far we’ve only tested it and it works great…. Still too warm outside to put it to good use. Please note that the heater alone will not work, there’s a converter about $1k (purchased separately) that is needed to assemble this heater and make it function

Enjoying this heater on our boat deck with roof area. Provides comfortable heat for our 100ish sqft south TX area during winter months.Great customer service, as I broke heating element during unpacking from shipping box (carful easy to do). Called customer service and they immediately shipped replacement.

Do unforeseen circumstances I purchased this in the early fall of 2023. Just hooked it up second week of March. Barely generates any heat. Very frustrated.Update: Customer service (Scott) Was amazing and very Patient. It ended up being a wiring issue.If you are not clear on proper wiring I suggest you contact customer service. My Electrician is a 40 year union electrician and he found it challenging

We have had this installed for 3 months now and believe it is an excellent value. We live in Seattle and the weather is often damp and cool, so we needed a heter for our covered deck, which is 16' long by 12' wide. We had the unit professionally installed and it has worked flawlessly, every time, and we have used it dozens of times. The heat is gentle and persistent and maintenance free (so far). Excellent value for the money.

I called Bromic prior to purchasing these heaters (2000 watt) and explained that it would be for an outdoor patio which is 12 X 20 foot area. I was told 2 of these heaters should be more then enough for comfortable heat, Great, so I purchased them along with a $800.00 dimmer / controller and had my electrician install them. We got 240 volts with a 30 amp breaker set up and ran 10 gauge wiring to the heaters, should be more then adequate to supply the power for 2 of these heaters. Excited I turn them on and am very disappointed right away. The heater puts out heat if your standing right under it or about 3 feet away, move any farther then that and you will not feel the heat. Thinking something is wrong with the install or the heaters I called tech support and was told these will cover about a six foot area only! It was a complete waste of money, time and energy!! $650.00 per heater and a way over priced controller for $800.00 will be going in the trash!! Not ideal for outdoor use at all, please don’t waste your money on this junk! My tiny $120.00 plug in electric heater gave me more heat then these!! Very disappointed and upset for being mislead by them!!

I really wanted to love this heater, but if we had it to do over, we would have bought the 6,000 watt version rather than the 4,000 watt version. The illustration that shows how much of an area is heated is misleading. We have this heater mounted directly above an outdoor sectional couch on a back porch, and it's exactly 7 ft. from the heater to the seat of the couch. The heater is effective at providing heat for the two people sitting directly under it, but very little heat extends 'outward' in any direction as the pictures indicate. You can't even sit off to one side, like 3 or 4 ft. away and feel much of anything. That's not what the illustration would have you believe. In fact, the illustration shows that the area heated is 130 sq. st. - but based on our experience, I would say that's not even close. It's literally about 30-40 sq. ft. of the area that receives any meaningful heat.We didn't buy the 6,000 watt version because we thought it would be too hot, but unfortunately, that probably would have been the way to go. So if you do buy this heater, buy more wattage than you think you'll need. Overall, this has been a disappointing purchase given the cost of the heater.

I have been using two of these together, in my garage, since 2017, about 500 sq. Ft.They work properly, effectively and reliably.They do use a fair amount of electricity, when you have them on a auto with a thermostat.
