Julian Taylor Women's Sleeveless Sequined Lace Dress

I was curious to see how this dress looked in person. The dress on the hanger doesn't seem much special (I even got skeptical because the lace reminded me of some of my grandmother's dresses :P), but when I tried it on it was very pretty. I wore it to a wedding and I was happy to be in a different color other than most of the guests that wore traditional fall colors (navy blue, black, brown). Something to consider is that the sequins are glued to the fabric instead of sewn on, so the washing instructions actually say 'do not wash', just 'spot clean'. I guess because all of the sequins would fall off, but for the price this dress is fine. The fabric stretches and it is true to size.

Somehow I missed the sequins from the picture. They do not photograph well but it was a pleasant surprise. The dress is gorgeous when I put it on.I'm a little disappointed with the length. I am 5'4 and it falls well below my knee. The model is at least 5'8. It's not a deal breaker though.I like that the waist ruching helps to conceal my midsections. It lightly hugs it the right places and moves easily with I sit or bend.

Love it. Just make sure to go by the size chart. I normally wear a size 10 however the chart said I need a size 12 so that's what I ordered. It fit perfect.

The color of this dress was PERFECT for the holidays. There is just enough stretch so it fits well and the size for me was spot on.

I bought this dress for my sister. And she loves it. The fabric is soft and very stretch. Long till knees, she received a lot of compliments.
