UPDATE 4/27/19- Reduced from 4 to 1 star because the device has all of a sudden become inoperable... It charges, it lights up, but I assume no connection is being made. I suspect it is the wiring that will stretch aa you flip it back and forth, maybe this was improperly wired. I might take apart and re-solderRemember that it comes with a button lock enabled, 5 or so quick presses of the button unlock it for use... It is great for the outdoors and traveling. Had to dremel a little bit of the plastic off to make the cartridge fit but too easy to do... No voltage control or anything else, -1 star because of it's cheap quality; but for $15 it's definitely worth it.Edit: You can even use it while it's charging via micro usb! This thing is definitely worth the $15

Every time I open it, I have to sit there and wiggle the cart back and forth until it lets me actually take a hit, otherwise it'll just blink at me and not do anything. It also feels really cheap, but I guess that's expected from such a cheap item. Overall it's ok for the price but you're better off just getting a pen battery for around the same cost.

I’ve only had it for a week and all the lights work but it won’t heat up anymore

I bought this product having high hopes for it worked great for the first week, week n half but then suddenly just stopped heating up the light still goes on and it charges. Very disappointed especially since i had just orderd another one shortly after for a friend....

Did not work when arrived to my house. Also a lot bigger then expected

worked for like two weeks, now it doesn’t heat up.

Will take a few but should be worth the wait.

Okay for the first month or two but started to lose its charge more frequently then the red power light wouldn’t go off, it wouldn’t work with any of my cartridges, and a weird burning rubber scent came from it
