Great product but 1 out of the 4 hooks came not threaded in the bolt so I could not use it. I contacted the company Surethingz and felt with Lisa, AMAZING customer service and within a week a had a replacement. This company went above and beyond and I love them!!

The hooks themselves are quite nice, however the hardware that was sent (wall anchors) were not effective and just spun in place in the wall. We had to get creative to ensure they would not spin and create a big hole.

Haven’t installed yet but they look nice !Quick delivery
