Ant Audio Wave 702 Wired in Ear Headphone with Mic (Jet Black)

An absolutely fabulous product. I have been skeptical of audio products around the 1-2k rupees price range because most of the time they are plain ripoffs giving next to nothing in sound quality. But this. This caught me real off gaurd.It comes in a Geometry box style metal case snugly fit into foam. Right out of the box, the first thing you'll notice as soon as you pick them up is the sheer weight of this absolute unit of an earphone. The main body itself is metal, housing large drivers that deliver absolutely head massaging bass. And at the same time, do not compromise at the high frequency end at all. The frequency response is so so accurate that I even sometimes use these instead of my Sony ZX110NC, even though this have active noise cancellation, AND a built in amp.There are two big flaws though. But they might not be so big for you. First is that no matter how good the earphones are, they will sound shit if the earbuds don't manage to make a good seal. As in my case, the left bud seals perfectly, while the right one just refuses in every way possible. The result is that I get lopsided bass, so much that my left side feels like it's resting on a vibrating plate.The second and equally minor flaw is that the high pitches sound very very rough and jagged and you might hear them rattle and distort just a little bit when the dynamic range is too wide. Seeing the sound quality of the earphones, I had to say this. Because the quality is very very good. And that will push your expectations higher, and the you'll find this flaw and you'll feel that this thing was not worth the money. But remember, this is a under Rs. 2000 earphones, and even cheaper than that if you count discounts.It has durable, tangle free flat cable, which in my case some somehow manages to get tangled anyway. The connector is very very good quality. The box also has a card, and a small page with stickers for you to put on stuff.If it's on sale, and you somehow found it. Buy it. This is way better than what any of the other companies offer at this price point with balanced sound. Heck it is better than most even at it's undiscounted price.Oh btw, it was developed in the UK, London actually, so you know that brexit wasn't really that bad.Photos: the earphones and it's box on my notes ;)

This certainly doesn't have enough reviews on youtube! I was pleasantly blown away with this earphone.1. Packaging is premium. You just feel like you made the right buy. (You get Funky stickers in the box)2. Build quality is really nice. It says tangle free and it is. Plastic is good. Button feedback is perfect.3. Sound. I love the output in this. There is extra bass, but i listen to many genres, but the bass isnt exhausting. You can easily watch movies or play games.4. Mic for calling is good. (I dont use earphones to call much)I did a lot of research before buying an earphone which is to be around 500. These earphones were a wildcard and i took a punt and it seems to have paid off. (Will edit the review incase of issues later.)I usually dont post reviews l, but these guys need a lift. We need more accessories like this. affordable and quality.Update - 8 months later one side sound is lost. No fault of manufacturing. My usage is extreme rough. So kudos. 👍

Although the sound quality is optimal but Build quality is extremely poor and disappointing.One of the earpiece became loose on its own within 15 days and keeps rotating when touched and hence I can't use it anymore.I bought this on 6 may 2019 from Amazon and this problem started within 15 days.I raised a claim for replacement and the company rejected the claim citing physical damage. So such condition you would face if you buy this worthless earphone. It's a mere waste of money. Even unbranded earphones last longer than this. I repeat, kindly don't buy this earphone as the build quality is useless and the service even worse!!

Tried this out on couple of songs seems present on most of them especially if the song starts after a few seconds of silence. Tried the RPHJE125E-W nothing beats this piece however not seen it around for a reasonable price and the other one is RP-HJE118E-Y which was priced for Rs 499 when purchased in 2018. The W and Y is possibly for the color of the model.
