Great replacements at a great value if you want something close to OEM
These are great replacement wheels and a solid value. They provide good rolling ability and help to roll around firm office carpeting without a mat. Great wheels, but plastic is a little different from my 18 year old Aeron wheels, expected given the age and time difference. Can’t go wrong with them. I’d say they should cover each wheel independently versus a single plastic sleeve as a few were scuffed up but what do you expect for $18?

As good as Herman Miller
Got these for under $20 and they look and perform just like the original Herman Miller ones. So glad to gave these a try.

They’re quiet till great so far so good replaced both my Aeron chairs casters with these looks like they came with chairs...

A single wheel has shattered
One out of five wheels has disintegrated as I rolled on carpet.The return policy is one month! It was bought February this year.

Replaced 2" diameter Herman Miller chair casters
I used one to replace one of five casters on my Herman Miller chair. 2" diameter. Seems to match perfectly. The old one was a bit stuck, but once I got it out the replacement slid in without problems. I use the chair on short pile area rug.Picture shows new caster in foreground and old caster in background.

Wheels weren't quite as soft as I was hoping but they are a little softer than the original ones. Still a good value.

Does the job inexpensively
Casters look and function well. They were very easy to install onto my Aeron chair. I would have preferred if the material that comes into contact with the floor was a bit softer but so far it does not seems to be damaging our hardwood floors.
