Bandelettes Elastic Lace Thigh Bands to Prevent Chafing

Bought these for a holiday so I could walk more distance in dresses in the heat. Fit well and sizing is as expected. The rubber/gel lines inside keep them in place and stop them slipping down. They can feel a little strange when first using them, I found, but you soon get used to them and they really do prevent any chafing. Recommend.

I've had some of these before in black so I knew what the fit would be and that they would be great. Honestly preferably to slathering on product to stop chub rub- and feel glamorous. If you're between measurements go a size up rather than down as if they're too small they will roll up and not sit in place.

They feel slightly to big and I was worried they'd slip down but they didn't, they remained in place all day. Excellent idea and so pleased with my purchase as I've avoided skirts in the summer for years, now I don't have to. Will definitely be ordering more!

I don't like this product, it's made for thin legs in my opinion...if I place it at the top of the high which is where my problem is, the band becomes trapped under my bottom...I don't recommend it if your problem are is like mine :(

I was dubious having read the negative reviews and when they arrived, they seemed huge so I thought they’d fall down but they haven’t and are very comfortable. They are so much better than wearing shorts. I’m a convert! My only issue is that they are quite expensive for what they are but I’d definitely recommend down them.

I'm a victim of chub rub every summer, sometimes other days too and can bleed. Didnt expect much but these are amazing. Loved them.

Can't recommend these highly enough! I often avoid wearing dresses in the summer if I know ai will be doing a lot of walking as I have chunky thighs - I am curvy and am also a weightlifter. The bandelettes stayed in place with minimal adjustment even whilst walking around for hours in 30 degree plus heat in Croatia in June. They did roll slightly after a little while but I wouldn't have got a bigger size as they would have been a little too big. It takes a little time to find the right position on the body so wear them in the house for a bit to work this out before you go out and have to find a loo to adjust them! I have sensitive skin and the silicone wasn't an irritant to me. The fabric has bobbled slightly where it has rubbed together but they still feel cute on, not at all frumpy which is great. I was a little worried about spending something so much on something tiny but I was really pleased I did.

The very first time I wore them I ended up with really horrific chafing all around my thigh from the lace at the edge, which kind of defeated the purpose. I ended up having to wear leggings in 35+ degree heat for the next 3 days of my holiday. I was really disappointed but considering how much I had to pay for these with shipping and everything (plus the fact I was melting in the heat) I decided to give them a second chance. I used a much more moisturising body lotion before wearing them which seemed to fix this problem. However, even now, I do find they start to slip down my thighs and I have to try to discreetly hoosh them up. They fit very closely to my thigh so I don't think the fit is the issue. Wearing them is preferable to the pain of chafing but it gets annoying if I have to constantly fidget with them all day.While the lace is definitely prettier than the plain bands, I think if I was to repurchase I would get the plain band. I think there would be less chance of chafing and it won't show through more fitted clothes as much.Overall, I'm glad I bought these but they are far from perfect.
